Getting past the hardest parts of Split Fiction can be a challenge for anyone, but the game has an even more difficult hidden stage that pushes players to their limits. And as a reward for the first players who made it through Laser Hell together, Hazelight Studios is flying them to Sweden to see its next game.

Spoilers for accessing the secret level to follow.

Via Video Games Chronicle, Laser Hell opens itself up in the Isolation level after players enter the correct sequence of switch presses while on the elevator. When the elevator doors open after that, players controlling Zoe and Mio are thrust into a platforming level guarded by moving lasers that seems like it was made by the most sadistic Super Mario Maker creators.

A pair of Chinese players, sharkOvO and E1uM4y, were the first to post the video of their successful run through the Laser Hell. As a reward, a video of Hazelight founder Josef Fares congratulates the viewer and admits that many in their office can’t beat the level. He also invited the first fans to complete Laser Hell to the studio’s headquarters in Sweden to see Hazelight’s next game, which is still in development. Fares later congratulated sharkOvO and E1uM4y on social media and confirmed that they had earned their trip before promising to reach out.

Hazelight briefly teased its next game earlier this week, and praised its partnership with EA. In just the weekend after its release at the beginning of March, Split Fiction became EA’s No. 2 all-time game on Steam, ahead of Battlefield and even FIFA. Split Fiction has also been earning rave reviews, with a 10/10 review from GameSpot, and it’s EA’s first game to reach 90 or above on Metacritic since 2012’s Mass Effect 2.
